Stripes LLC, the retail arm of Susser Holdings Corporation, directly operates over 500 retail convenience stores in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico and over 270 Laredo Taco Company and Country Cookin’ restaurants. The Company operates under the Stripes® and Town & Country banners.

The Challenge

Stripes requested menu boards that were one size and one piece as the current boards were too small in the biggest stores and too big for the smaller stores. In addition, the entire board had to be changed each time there was a price or menu item change.

The Solution

Appealing Menu Boards Drive Food Sales GSP custom designed a menu system for Stripes to create consistency across all stores and solidify the brand not only for the customer but also for the employees.

The menu boards, once installed, are easily changed by store employees, making price and menu changes easy to update as marketing strategy changes. Layered panels add dimension and give the art design more freedom and more area to create an appealing menu with appealing graphics, all in an organized and consistent manner.
